After 23 years of living in Colombia, one of my greatest desires was to discover new cultures, new ways and stories of life, to get to know other places in the world and that is how I arrived for the first time in New York and then in Europe.

Thirty years later, life took me back to my roots to rediscover the unknown treasures of Colombia, after many years of absence.

It was a great surprise to feel so happy to be back in my country… steeped in a world endowed with so much beauty, with an incalculable biodiversity of fauna, flora and culture.

The Coffee Cultural Landscape, my region and a new destination to discover, is located in the central west of Colombia.

It is an example of a productive, unique, sustainable cultural landscape, with a tradition that has remained intact despite the different changes in climate and territory. It represents a powerful symbol at a national and international level that has earned it the merits to be named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO PCCC (Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia).

There you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee full of the aroma of our sloping mountains, accompanied by tours of the coffee fields and harvesting processes until its transformation.

Given the amount of biodiversity and incredible destinations, I decided it was imperative to create a blog to share my wonderful experiences in Colombia through photographic material, videos, travel stories and many other interesting topics to learn about my country, which I had the opportunity to show to many friends from my other world..

I am passionate about supporting and guiding people to discover the environment with respect, safety, friendship and responsibility. Collaborating to minimize the carbon footprint on short distance routes and thus recreate yourself with all this natural and cultural beauty that requires your visit to continue conserving, protecting and maintaining our biodiversity and territory, for you, for me and the entire world.
